Fixed-term employment contract

A fixed-term contract is a contractual relationship between an employee and an employer that lasts for a specified period that is determined in advance.

Part-time job

A part-time job is a form of employment that carries fewer hours per week than a full-time job. They work in shifts. The shifts are often rotational.

Permanent employment

Permanent employment is work for an employer for which the employee receives payment directly from that employer. Permanent employees do not have a predetermined end date to employment.

Temporary work

Temporary work or temporary employment (also called gigs) refers to an employment situation where the working arrangement is limited to a certain period of time based on the needs of the employing organization.
